Michelle Walker, Project Manager
Michelle Walker has over 25 years of experience working in underground construction ensuring that projects are in full regulatory compliance, managing funding, creating schedules of values that allow for positive cash flow and directing all facets of risk management and safety.
Using her knowledge from both administrative and field level experience, Michelle brings a broad base of considerations to TCD’s clients to begin addressing from the onset of project development to avoid delays and surprises at the time of construction. She works alongside Arvid to complement his technical, design based recommendations with project management, scheduling and coordination insight.
Michelle is the Vice President of Finance and Administration of Specialized Services Company and works in the role of Project Manager for Trenchless Constructability & Design.
